- Maui CBD sells full spectrum products from industrial hemp which are grown under license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture. All of our products of industrial hemp is certified and under .3% thc according to testing protocols established in Oregon. The thc levels in our products are always under .3% as required by the federal 2014 farm bill and as established as common practice and acceptance in most states. Take only as recommended on the product label. While we ship to all 50 states ordering and receiving this product is at your own risk.
